<Job Summary>You will work as a team leader in one of the following processes—Molding, Sizing, or Inspection—at our newly established sintered metal factory in Long An. New staff will be joining your team in the future, and your specific assignment will be determined during the interview based on your skills and preferences.★The new factory is scheduled to begin full-scale operations in April 2026.Accordingly, after joining the company, employees will first participate in approximately three months of training in Nagano Prefecture, Japan, where they will learn the entire production process.After completing the training, positions will be assigned based on individual aptitude and preferences.<Detail>■ Molding and Sizing- Set metal molds into the press machine and perform fine adjustments.- This role is suitable for candidates with good manual dexterity.- You will use compact, original-design press machines developed by PEACE-LON.- Other task from the Manager■ Inspection- Inspect and manage product quality.- Use various measuring devices to perform inspections and manage the results.- In addition to dimensional checks, you will also inspect product surfaces using microscopes.- Other task from the Manager<Attract Point>- You can work in a newly established factory. - You can become a manager by working as a starter member of the newly established factory for a long time. - You can train the staff who will join in the future and contribute to expanding the factory.
