  【Job Description】
  We are seeking a Production & Quality Control Staff member who will play a key role in bridging Japan and our manufacturing base in Hanoi, Vietnam. This position is involved in the production, inspection, and quality control of products such as footwear for Japanes company and will be responsible for onsite operational support and coordination.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  -Manage operations and progress on the production line.
  -Conduct product inspection and quality checks.
  -Manage and supervise Vietnamese staff.
  -Communicate with Vietnamese team members on a daily basis.
  -Record production and quality data, and propose improvements.
  -Coordinate with related departments in Japan and Vietnam.
  -Provide daily onsite support and assist with problem-solving.
  -Participate in meetings with the Japan side and prepare status reports.
  -Handle other related tasks as necessary.
