    【Job Summary】
    - Responsible for working as a M&E Engineer Staff

    1. M&E Design & Coordination
    - Develop integrated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems tailored to various building functions (e.g., factories, offices, hospitals, cleanrooms).
    - Ensure designs meet energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and regulatory compliance.
    - Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and related teams to ensure seamless system integration.
    2. Technical Documentation
    - Prepare detailed shop drawings, design calculations, and technical specifications.
    - Review and ensure all documents follow QCVN, TCVN, NFPA, and internal standards.
    3. Construction & Site Management
    - Oversee on-site installation of M&E systems and verify adherence to drawings.
    - Manage schedules, safety protocols, quality control, and construction costs.
    - Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
    4. Testing & Commissioning
    - Conduct system testing and verification to ensure intended performance.
    - Adjust and calibrate systems for optimal operation before handover.
    5. Sustainability & Maintenance Planning
    - Recommend long-term maintenance plans, upgrades, and improvement solutions.
    - Advise on energy-saving strategies, sustainability initiatives, and green building standards (LEED, ZEB

  • Yêu cầu

    <MUST>
    - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Electrical Engineering.
    - At least 3 years of experience in M&E work at the site (have experience in the design of Industrial Projects, especially in factories and Clean rooms, LEED, Sustainable Development,ect)
    - Communication in English
    - Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    - Willing to take a business trip.

    <PREFER>
    - Communication in Japanese (N3 JLPT)
    - Knowledge of B.I.M coordinator would be an advantage
    - The M&E license with Grade I, II would be an advantage
