    - Ensure efficient operations across all components of the production department.

    [Must]
    - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or a related field.
    - Good at English (Upper-Intermediate) OR Korean (TOPIK 5 up)a
    - Minimum of 5 years in production manager in industrial companies specializing in electrical, electronics, or mechanical manufacturing
    - Strong leadership and people management abilities.
    - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
    - Ability to build trust and maintain strong working relationships across departments and with external partners.
    - Customer-focused, results-driven, and able to meet tight deadlines.
