    [Job Summary]
    - Receive requests from the sales department to calculate, design and manufacture production molds according to customer requirements.
    - Manage all activities of design, manufacture, maintenance and improvement of molds for plastic injection production.
    - Ensure stable operation of molds, product quality meets standards, optimizes costs and production time.
    - Advise the Board of Directors on the strategy to develop the company's mold capacity.

    • Operation management:
    - Plan regular and ad hoc mold maintenance, repair.
    - Monitor the progress of processing, assembling and handing over new molds.
    • Engineering & innovation:
    - Propose solutions to improve mold design, increase longevity, reduce product defects.
    - Apply CAD/CAM/CNC technology in manufacturing and repair.
    • Human resource management:
    - Assign, supervise, train and evaluate employees in the mold room.
    - Build a team of skilled, adjacent mold workers.
    • Cost & material management:
    - Control mold manufacturing and repair budget.
    - Manage warehouse of materials, spare parts, and mold steel.
    • Inter-departmental coordination:
    - Work with production, R&D, and QC departments to handle mold problems and improve products.
    - Support the sales department in mold technical consulting when developing new customers.

  • Yêu cầu

    <Must>
    - University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Machine Manufacturing or equivalent.
    - At least 5 years of experience in the field of plastic molds, of which at least 3 years in a management position.
    - Proficient in 3D design software (NX, Creo, Solidworks...) and CAD/CAM/CNC.
    - Knowledge of mold steel materials (S45C, S50C, S136, NAK...), plastic mold standards.
    - English: Intermediate Level
    - Chinese: HSK4

    - Good leadership, planning, progress management and troubleshooting skills.
