  【Job Summary 】
  We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team in the manufacturing industry.
  This role is ideal for someone who has a solid foundation in mechanical engineering and is eager to apply their expertise in machining, process optimization, and technical training.
  You will play a key role in enhancing our production capabilities by developing innovative solutions for machining processes, jig design, and production line improvements.

  -Write, edit, and optimize G-Code programs for machining operations.
  -Operate and maintain MC and CNC machines to ensure efficient and precise output.
  -Design and develop jigs and fixtures using SolidWorks or TopSolid to support production and product development.
  -Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality.
  -Train and mentor machine operators on proper usage, troubleshooting, and maintenance practices.
  -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and support product launches.
  -Monitor equipment performance and suggest upgrades or modifications when necessary.
  -Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal quality standards.
