    - Graduated from the College with a major in electronics or chemistry
    - 5 years of experience in the engineering technical department at a Japanese company
    - Experienced in manufacturing, machinery, and product management
    - Japanese (JLPT N3 advanced level)

    <PREFER>
    - Priority is given to those with experience working in technical departments (Quality Assurance Department, - Production Department, Development Department, Design Department) of Japanese companies
