    <MUST>
    - Bachelor’s in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant
    - Minimum 2–5 years in manufacturing, with a focus on Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, TQM, or Continuous Improvement.
    - Good at English skills

    - Good at Japanese skills (From N3 advanced level)
