  【Job Summary】
  - Responsible for working as a FACA engineer
  - Be responsible for the meeting with customer, presentation to customer.
  - Be responsible for failure analysis of module integration and making and doing corrective action/solutions with related engineer and factory staff (including negotiation)

  - Monitor production yield and investigate test/inspection failures.
  - Analyze production and test data to identify trends and recurring issues.
  - Apply root cause analysis methods to identify failure sources.
  - Use statistical tools (Pareto, control charts, regression) to support Decision-making.
  - Develop and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  - Prepare detailed failure analysis reports and present findings to internal and external stakeholders. Participate in customer audits, quality revi
  ews, and continuous improvement activities.
  - Lead and support quality improvement initiatives across departments and suppliers.
