  - Coordinate with relevant departments to organize skill enhancement training for workers; periodically check the skills of workers under the workshop management.
  - Assign tasks, supervise, and guide workers to ensure production activities are on schedule and meet the required quality standards.
  - Manage all machinery, equipment, materials, finished products, semi-finished products, warehouses, and goods under the workshop management.
  - Responsible for directing production operations in the workshop area, ensuring tasks are completed as planned, effectively, with quality, and meet the required productivity and technology process standards.
  - Manage people, machinery, equipment, the working environment, labor safety, fire prevention, order management, issue resolution, etc., to ensure tasks are completed according to delivery plans.
  - Responsible for implementing and enforcing the workshop’s and company’s rules, processes, and regulations on labor management, asset management, production management, and workshop hygiene.
  - Ensure a safe working environment, industrial hygiene, and fire prevention in the workshop.
  - Select and train staff in the workshop.
  - Proactively research and propose solutions to improve production efficiency and accelerate plan completion.
  - Summarize and evaluate the results of activities in each specialized area of the workshop. Prepare and report daily, weekly, and monthly according to the company's regulations.
