    <MUST>
    - Graduated from from University (Japanese Major)
    - More than 2 years experience as an IT communicator
    - Communicate fluently in Japanese (N1 JLPT) or N2 advanced

    <SKILLS>
    - Communication Skills of Verbal and Written (Japanese and Vietnamese)
    - Logical thinking
    - Management skill
    - Documentation skills

    <PREFER>
    - Study or living in Japan
    - Strong personality, ability to multitask
