  ■Project Management
  o Schedule Control
  - Reviewing detailed construction schedule based on actual progress and work volume.
  - Reporting construction status and schedule to Construction Manager
  o Cost Control
  - Reviewing and estimating construction cost based on actual work progress and work volume.
  - Reporting cost status to Construction Manager
  
  ■ Construction Management
  o Coordinate and attend meetings with Client and Engineers.
  o Coordinate and attend meetings with subcontractors to manage Subcontractors.
  o Coordinate and attend meetings to coordinate with related groups in Bac Ninh Project Team.
  o Attend meetings to coordinate with related groups in Bac Ninh Project Team.
  - Design Gr. : Design Drawing (IFC) and Field Change
  - Procurement, Logistics and Material Controller: Delivery, receiving and handover of material at site.
  - Construction: Coordination of work area and schedule, with Civil, E&I and others.
  - Project Team: Construction Schedule
  o Plan and execute the installation work.
  
  ■Subcontract Management
  o Manage change of BOQ and scope of work together including V.O. and site instructions, and report to Construction Manager
  o Manage and monitor the subcontract work progress and take necessary action against subcontractors to achieve milestones.
  
  ■Schedule Control
  o Prepare the detailed construction plan and schedule together with Subcontractor, based on the basic construction plan.
  o Progress monitoring based on the work schedule.
  - Evaluate Subcontractor’s work progress / progress report.
  o Coordinate with subcontractors and other parties to execute the work.
  
  ■ Progress Control
  o Evaluate subcontractor’s progress
  o Prepare progress report together with Schedule Controller.
  
  ■ Quality Control
  o Coordinate with QC to
  - Help subcontractor to improve their workmanship.
  - Settle quality issues with Subcontractors.
  o Execute and manage repair work against NCR and punch list items.
  
  ■ HSE Management
  o Coordinate with HSE Manager to
  - Carry out and improve HSE activities at site.
  - Support subcontractor’s HSE activities.
  
  ■ Material Control
  o Coordinate with Material Controller about site material control activities such as,
  - Material receiving and handover at site.
  - Inventory Check, and
  - Preservation of equipment.
  o Monitor subcontractor’s activities for their site material control.
  o Monitor material status at site.
  - Drawing and Field Change
  o Monitor and check if the latest drawing and field changes are in subcontractor’s hands.
  o Coordinate design team to prepare the latest construction drawing.
  o Monitor and coordinate documents submitted by subcontractor / client’s approval.
  
  ■Others
  o Manage SVs to execute their activities.
