    - Candidates will be able to participate in a 2-year professional training course (On Job Training)
    - The training program: from basic to professional knowledge in Human Resource Management, production management, quality management, field change management (4M), production techniques, risk management, etc.,
    - Training time will be office hours or production shifts (2 shifts/day)
    - For candidates who have good results after training will be allocated as official Production Manager or appropriate positions.
    - In addition, candidates will be sent to Japan for more specialized training for 1-3 years.

    - Bachelor degree with mechanical/electronic/chemical(polymer) engineer or business management
    - Fluent English or Japanese
    - 01 years of experience in the similar field
    - Freshers are welcome but must be graduated of Excellent grade
    - Passionate, eager to learn and can work under high pressure
    - Be able to work in shifts (2 shifts/day)
