  - Handling orders from customer.

  - Receiving orders from existing customer
  - Track order progress from sample to delivery
  - Other tasks as requested by the department head
  - Process for Sample development, work with related departments.
  - Controlling & solving all problems related to order’s progress
  - Follow up the delivery and customer’s payment
