  QUALITY CONTROL OF LABORATORY
  1. Identify requirements for the laboratory and their technical specifications. Create a proposal for requirements
  2. Install and commission quality control equipment's
  3. Monitor initial calibration of instruments as per standards. Monitor the upkeep and maintenance of the equipment's as per schedule.
  4. Track usage of various materials/ consumables/equipment's. Create requisition and execute purchasing
  
  QUALITY CONTROL OF RAW MATERIALS AND PRODUCTS
  1. Review lab blend report to ensure specifications received from IKC Japan are met
  2. Recommend minor adjustments in blend based on IKK's guidelines and transfer validated BOM to SAP.
  3. Verify the blend order and incorporate the MP and cleaning solvent in the blend to ensure MP is utilized.
  4. Monitor analysis, approval process of incoming raw material and (approval) label printing. Monitor analysis of final samples in laboratory
  5. Monitoring and control process lines to ensure stability and efficiency of plant operation, If any nonconformity happened, take action promptly to eliminate the threat and minimize the loses
  6. Provide resolution to correct erroneous batches
  7. Monitor sample management and labeling
  
  MEASUREMENT SYSTEM ANALYSIS
  1. Define frequency of conducting measurement system analysis.
  2. Monitor analysis of measurement system within specified limits.
  3. Suggest corrective actions in case of deviation from standard
  4. Monitor verification of working of lab equipment's used to conduct quality check through systematic SQC tool

  SUPPORT ISO SYSTEM
  1. Assist site MR for implementation & certification of the site as per the requirement of ISO 9001:2008, coordinate with area owners to develop their SOPs in initial stage of ISO certificate
  2. Act as a focal point for making any changes to the ISO system documents.
  3. Assist for planning/ execution of internal/ external audits pertaining to ISO system.
  4. Verify proper root cause failure analysis on audit deviations & corrective/preventive action by the area owners
  5. Compile key performance indicator from all the areas at predefined frequency
  6. Compile data for and Coordinate management review meetings in compliance to ISO standard requirements at predefined frequency

  1. Conduct audits/visits for raw material & packing material vendors. Prepare and circulate the report. Guide vendors to improve the quality
