  - Design efficient and effective technical solutions and analyze systems specification to meet business requirements.
  - Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
  - Coordinate with all stakeholders to perform analysis, research, and provide effective resolutions.
  - Ensure clean and accurate documentation including: business and client requirements, technical specifications and reports.
