    One of our clients, which is a Japanese trading company, is now looking for Sales Support for the Lubricant business.

    【What you will be working on】
    - Responsible for supporting sales tasks
    - Process orders via email or phone
    - Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
    - Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
    - Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
    - Maintain and update sales and customer records
    - Develop monthly sales reports
    - Communicate important feedback from customers internally
    - Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
    - Stay up-to-date with new products and features

Trình độ

  • Yêu cầu

    <Must>
    - Intermediate level English Speaking or Japanese: N2 Intermediate level
    - 3 years experience as Sales Support with Import/Export, Logistics, and Purchasing tasks
    - Personality: Cheerful, Likes detailed work, Carefully

    <Prefer>
    - Have working experience in the Lubricant or Paper industries
