  - Installation, training and handover of machine equipment systems to customers
  - Timely technical support and repair, troubleshooting for machines.
  - Periodically check the machines and equipment of customers that are in use.
  - Researching technical drawings / documents for after-sales activities: component quotation, response to customer request, support sales department.
  - Key in the fixing report to internal system (machine condition, which parts need to order...)
  - Ensure customer satisfaction by responding quickly and accurately to customer requests and complaints about products and services.
  - Other jobs at the request of the manager
  
  <Daily schedule>
  8am Report to office
  10am-4pm Visit client factory/office to check the machine condition
  Depends on client, sometimes will OT 2hr.
  Use taxi or company car for visitation.
