    - Developing group plans and monitoring plant improvement practices
    - Coordinate with related departments to capture the situation, implement goals, projects and adjust group activities
    - Develop improvement projects, standardize standards to improve production efficiency
    - Proposing directions for improvement related to: human resources, equipment, labor productivity in order to improve product quality, reduce production costs, and reduce errors arising at the production stage
    -Implement production improvement work (automation of machinery, etc.) including the design of equipment to serve improvement projects

  • Yêu cầu

    <Must>
    - Male, age 28-35 years old
    - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related
    - Japanese N2 up OR English Upper-Intermediate
    - At least 5 years experience as Kaizen staff of Mechanical fields or related
    - Have experience in manufacturing process improvement activities
    - Have knowledge about NC, CNC mechanical processing
    - Knowledge and experience in industrial engineering management
    - Ability to think, synthesize data analysis and problem solving
