  【their situation】
  - They extablished in Vietnam this from month(Mar). Their office: Unit 1528, 15 Fl, SSG Tower, Elite Business Center, 561A Dien Bien Phu St., 25 Ward, Binh Thanh Dist.（Pearl Plaza）
  - They are establishing their factory in Dong Nai (AMATA): Plot 241, Road 12, Long Binh (Amata) IP, Long Binh Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai.
  - They will finish to establish factory at the end of April.
  - Now they have only 2 staffs (Japanese manager and Vietnamese Assistant staff) in office.
  - They don't hire for their factory yet, this position is first positon for their factory.
  - This is first time for them to establish in foreign country.

  【Job Summary】
  - Have to work on site as well.
  - First 1-2 months, have to go to Japan and take training.
  ●Production Control tasks (60%)
  - Receive order from Japanese head office.
  - Make planning, check process, manage dead line.
  - Contact with Japan by email or Web meeting by Japanese
  - Interpret for Vietnamese employees in Factory.
  ●On site tasks (40%)
  - 5S management.
  - Line management
  - Check process and instruct to keep their quality and dead line
  - Manage for workers (Fristly, they will hire 15 workers)
  - Ask maintenance staff for maintenance if necessary
