     Assist accounting manager located in Hong Kong to prepare monthly and yearly financial statements following the Vietnam Accounting Standards.
     Handle fixed assets, costing and inventory management.
     Handle accounting daily operation and all taxation issues.
     Input accounting transaction in our accounting software (FAST) both English &
    Vietnamese.
     Coordinate with warehouse and monitor all in/out transaction.
     Documents filing and checking.
     Responsible for all matters related to Accounts Receivable and Payables.
     Arrange bank payment and submission of documents to government department
    or accounting consultant
     Perform general office administrative duties.
     Other ad hoc projects as assigned by Management.

  • Yêu cầu

    <MUST>
    • Female only
    • Education : University Degree in Accounting or Finance
    • Holder of Certificate of Chief Accountant.
    • Language: can use English for work (Upper- Intermediate level or above)
    • Good knowledge in Vietnamese accounting system and tax regulations, also using of accounting software FAST.
    • At least 7-10 years solid experience in factory accounting
    • At least 3 years of experience at Chief Accountant, Senior Accountant, Accountant Supervisor position or equivalent.
    • Knowledge in factory production accounting and inventory (raw materials, work-in-process and end products) management.
    • Familiar in Microsoft office, especially Excel.
    • Honest, careful, detailed-mind and strong sense of responsibility and discipline
    • Good communication skill and ability to work independently and work with overseas office.
    • Experience in EPE company
