    　② For 2 years experience as Development Leader in Japan
    　③ For 5 years(studying + working) experience of living in Japan, and have experience Development in IT in Japan for 1 year.
    <WANT>
    - Japanese: N2 advance level
    - 5 years experience as BSE in Japan
    - Now live in Japan, and want to come back to Vietnam.
    - Age less than 35 years old
