    - Support in communicating with Japanese clients on all project-related matters.
    - Get requirements from Japan site and prepare product backlogs for the team in Vietnam Estimate workload, project scope and rate of progress to make sure the project could be finished on time.
    - Can accept on-site working in Japan at least 1 month.

    <Must>
    - Have experience in Salesforce project
    - At least 5 year experience as a BrSE.
    - N3 level
    - Candidates who have worked on-site in Japan, have experience in developing Mobile projects. (preferred) More than 2 year working with Japanese clients.
    - Have 2 year experience managing projects.
    - Have basic knowledge and experience about designing.
    - Have experience managing a group with at least 3 members.
    - Have experience with programming and testing.
