  - At first you should work with the workers at the factory
  - This company is established around 1 year ago, so you should think about the process of manufacturing and suggest to leader with wokers and staffs
  - You should be QC Manager in the future, so you can grow up in Japanese company!!
  - Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
  - Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality database.
  - If you can speak Japanese, interact with the QC staff at the Japanese head office
