    -you will be in charge of managing all projects that we are developing as a company-level project manager (PMO). As well as managing the progress of the project, cooperate with the PM / BSE of each team and proceed with service development.
    - follow the progress about the planning, designing stage. As the number of products being developed is large and there are only a few team, you have to handle multiple industries / areas of services.
    -not just improve the operation, you have to think and make decisions about system planning or management of the company.

  • Yêu cầu

    -Age　25～40
    -have experience in managing Web system / business system project.
    *Implement skill (IT) is not a must but prefer.
    -Japanese level N2~
    -can communicate smoothly with customers, internal and external related organizations.
    -Those who want to demonstrate their ideas through in-house development services.
    -Experience in providing consulting services at consulting firm.
    -Experience with the project kick-off ~ cut-over of large-scale system development / introduction project
    -can manage lots of projects at the same time (budget management, deadline adjustment, vendor management, etc.), who have experience as PMO.
    -have experience in team management and leader .
    -have development experience using framework such as Ruby on Rails.
    -have implementation experience with both PC and smartphone.
