  1. Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
  2. Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance
  3. Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
  4. Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
  5. Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
  6. Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
  7. Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
  8. Confer and coordinate activities with other departments
  <MUST>
  - At least 1 year-experience of working as warehouse supervisor in logistics company(not in the past, must be current experience)
  - English to make a report and communicate with Japanese

  - Can work immediately
  
  <Other>
  - Japanese doesn't matter(Even if cdds can speak in Japanese, must have English skill also)
  - Experience of warehouse supervisor in manufacturing company is NG
