  1. Consulting (Main)
  "We will working on attracting customers by drawing out and solving problem for Japanese companies that want to advance business into Vietnam market sas well as helping those companies that face legal labor problems in Vietnam."
  - Helping customers by consulting and solving problems.
  - License related business support (Support for incorporation, registration of representative office, branch, etc.)
  - Support for accounting, tax, labor and other matters for local subsidaries, representative offices, and branches. (Bookkeeping, Tax filling, payroll calculation, social insurances, financial valuation, etc…).
  - Manage the business progress of members.
  
  2. Sales · Public Relations · Marketing
  "Not aiming at sales, we wil comes up with sulotions that will benefit our customers, and to analyze their business."
  · Support network connections for Japanese companies (including business companies, banks, JETRO, commerce and industry associations) (participation in meetings and seminars, sales activities)
  · Support sales strategy for project management (CRM, sales analysis, sales management, etc.)
  · Planning and execution of sales strategies (SWOT analysis of their company, trend analysis of other companies in the same industry, differentiation from competition etc.)
  · Planning and management for seminars (including publicizing activities for venue arranging and attracting guests, document preparation, lecturers)
  · Operation management of HP and FB, Web sales (Web marketing), Advertisement review for magazines
