  • Job Description

    - Change the HR system (Salary policy, Allowance and Benefit, working time system) for all employees.
    - Discuss with Japanese Director, Japanese Manager and Vietnamese HR Manager about New HR system.
    - Ensure benefits programs such as health care, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance are implemented in efficiency and adequate.
    - Ensure that human capital is positioned to grow in parallel with the overall organizational growth and transformation, and lead and advise company supervisors regarding all Human Resources issues including organizational structure, staffing, compensation and benefit, employee relations, training and development and policy and system development.
    - Maintains a strong partnership with the top business leaders to support business objectives by providing leadership for people initiatives, programs and strategies for the organization.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    -English : Intermediate level
    -Experience: HR manager for 5 years and make or change HR System(Salary policy, Salary system, Evaluation system, Allowance and Benefit system, working time system)
    -Understand Labor law and Vietnamese Laws
    <WANT>
    -Japanese : N3 advance
    -Good at oral and written presentation skills, interacts well at all levels of the organization.
