Job Description
- Supporting Sales and being in charge of the shop.
- Being responsibility for revenue and cost of 02 shops: Minamoto Kitchoan and Nihonbashiya Obanyaki
- Making working schedule for staff
- Support sale staff
- Managing staff’s performance
- Stock checking every week and month.
- Display and decoration for Minamoto shop as requirement for every season.
- Making: Daily, monthly report and sending back to Japan
- Covering Selling system
- Key contact point with Takashimaya Department for all 2 shop’s activities in there, such as:
+ Fulfill procedure demand: Documents, required registration submission
+ Registration for staffs
+ Covering shop performance
+ Reporting any updating about product items, product prices and selling program to them
- Contact construction company when shops have any interior issues
- The others
