• Job Description

  <JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES>
  - Assists G. Director in all works related to Accounting and finance
  - Manages and directs the implementation of accounting system and documentation
  - Prepares Financial reports and other related reports
  - Manages and control company’s accounting activities under strict compliance with Suruga Seiki’s practices and Vietnamese legal requirements
  - Manages information system related to company’s capital and investment, assets, cash flows, budget spending, tax issues and other payments to the government.
  - Provides accounting and financing reports
  - Sustains good relationships with government authorities, suppliers, and other business partners
  - Manages and maximizes the performance of the Accounting & Finance department
  - Analyzes company’s financial conditions and suggests or advises to related section
  
  <AUTHORITY>
  - Takes initiatives to resolves problems arisen and to accomplish job duties as empowered by General Director
  - Supervises and speeds up subordinates’ performance
  - Manages assignments of and allocates assignments to subordinates within Finance Accounting Department
  - Recommend rewarding and/or disciplinary measures for subordinates’ performance
  - Recommends policies and regulations for internal control and for enhancing the performance of employees and improving company operations
  - Requires business information and evidences due to other sections as empowered by General Director and Law of Accounting
