Job Description - restaurant menu management and processed food management
- food safety management
- making new menus
- making schedule to buy and manage interiors and ingredients
- training and recruiting new employees
- making rules of kitchen
- management that employees can follow the rules
- assigning employees to roles
- tackling waste foods reduction and ingredient of cost management
- product improvement
- tackling stock food improvement.
Required Qualifications <must>
- More than 1 year as kitchen chief manager
- Japanese or English (internal communication)

Holidays shift job (8 hours per a day + 1 hour break time)
