    - Config, fix and maintain automation machine
    - Mold fixing and maintenance
    - Manage 200 workers
    - Report actual situation, quality, department goals...
    - Others requested by GD or higher manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Gender doesn't matter
    - 23-35 years old, good health
    - background of mechanic, automotive machine
    - more than 2 years experience working in Japanese manufacturing factory as same position
    - have management skills
    - At least N3 level Japanese skill
    - Transportation self-supporting
    - Be able to work under shift/night shift
    - Can work over time 3 hours/day, and weekend( Salary would be twice times of basic) *Basically 60 to 70 hours OT/per month
