  1. Optimization of Machining Processes and Setting of Machining Conditions
  - Programming and optimization of CNC machines, as well as setting and adjusting machining conditions
  - Tool selection and tool life management, and review of machining conditions to improve machining accuracy
  2. Planning of New Machining Processes and Prototyping
  - Planning of machining methods for new products and parts, and technical support for prototype manufacturing
  - Reviewing machining processes during the prototype stage and implementing process improvements for mass production
  3. Equipment Management and Maintenance Planning
  - Monitoring the condition of machining equipment and facilities; planning preventive maintenance and repair schedules
  - Investigating causes and responding promptly to machine malfunctions
  4. Standardization of Production Processes and Creation of Work Instructions
  - Standardization of each process to ensure consistent quality
  - Creation of work instructions and training/guidance for operators
  5. Improvement Activities to Enhance Machining Precision and Productivity
  - Reviewing the entire machining process and proposing improvements aimed at enhancing quality and reducing costs
  - Supporting workflow improvements and the introduction of automation to boost productivity
  6. Collaboration with Other Departments and Project Management
  - Collaborating with the design and quality control departments to resolve manufacturing technology issues and support new projects
  - Monitoring project progress and reporting status updates to relevant departments
  7. Environmental Measures and Safety Management
  - Energy-saving measures and safety management of the work environment.
  - Other related tasks.
