<Job Summary>
This role handles quotation requests and collects and updates freight rates and logistics service costs, with a primary focus on Air Freight Pricing. It also supports Sea Freight, Warehousing, Cross-Border Trucking (CBT), Local Trucking, Customs, and other freight forwarding and logistics services. The role helps provide accurate, competitive, and timely quotations to support Sales/CS and business development.
<Job Details>
- Receive quotation requests from Sales/CS and provide accurate quotations within the committed lead time.
- Advise Sales/CS on transport solutions based on cost, transit time, and service quality.
- Collect and update costs for Air Freight, Sea Freight, Warehousing, Cross-Border Trucking (CBT), Local Trucking, customs declarations, and license application services.
- Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, NVOCCs, co-loaders, overseas agents, and service providers to obtain competitive rates.
- Build, update, and maintain standard rate sheets for each trade lane and customer segment.
- Monitor market rate fluctuations, space availability, and transport trends; prepare market rate updates and provide pricing recommendations to the Pricing Supervisor or Manager.
- Maintain and expand a supplier network that includes shipping lines, airlines, trucking companies, warehouses, and customs brokers.
- Compare rates from multiple sources, negotiate to optimize transportation costs, and evaluate supplier performance based on price, service quality, and responsiveness.
- Work with the Operations team to update information on transport capacity, additional costs, and market conditions.
- Recommend improvements to pricing policies and processes to shorten response times and increase efficiency.

<Must>
- University degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics, including hands-on experience in Pricing and/or Procurement.
- Experience working with airlines, shipping lines, and other vendors to obtain competitive rates, prepare rate sheets, and recommend cost-effective logistics solutions.
- Good command of English, particularly in email communication and reading comprehension.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good negotiation, vendor management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines under time pressure.
<Preferred>
- Hands-on experience in Air Freight Pricing.
- Experience in Sea Freight, Cross-Border Trucking (CBT), Local Trucking, Warehousing, Customs Clearance, or other logistics services.英語
