  < Job Summary>
  The Temporary Accountant is responsible for daily cash and bank payment processing, cashier duties, recording accounting transactions, and preparing tax-related reports (VAT, FCT) for the Supervisor's review. The role also supports document management and provides data to authorities, auditors and banks as required.
  < Job Details>
  • Check input invoices and payment requests; process daily cash and bank payments, and handle necessary banking procedures for payments.
  • Perform cashier duties and control the cash box.
  • Record accounting transactions in FAST or MISA accounting software.
  • Prepare VAT and FCT reports for review by the Supervisor.
  • Arrange, file and properly maintain accounting documents.
  • Prepare other reports for authorities (SBV, HIZA, etc.) and provide accounting data and supporting documents for audits, tax authorities and banks as requested.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
