  【Job Summary】
  The company is a prominent foreign-invested developer and property management entity in Hanoi, dedicated to delivering Japanese-standard quality in operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to oversee building management and lead core operational teams in a professional environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating comprehensive building maintenance, supervising contractors, and ensuring optimal system efficiency. We are looking for a reliable and communicative leader with strong technical insights to ensure smooth tenant relations and operations.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  -Support in preparing any necessary documents for building management operations.
  -Coordinate with operation teams including Engineering, Security, Cleaning, and Quality control.
  -Supervise contractors and other interior construction work within the facility.
  -Coordinate with subcontractors for maintenance, inspection, and renovation of systems.
  -Manage electrical, mechanical, fire-fighting, plumbing, and other technical building systems.
  -Attend all building operation related meetings regularly.
  -Manage and follow up on tenants' fit-out works meticulously.
  -Support the Accounting team in collecting rental, service charge, and other payments.
  -Read technical documents and utilize engineering knowledge to maintain building facilities.
