【Job Summary】
We are seeking a Vietnamese HR professional who will be responsible for recruitment and HR operations in Vietnam, while closely coordinating with the Japan headquarters.
This role plays a key part in supporting business growth through talent acquisition and organizational development.
【Job Description】
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities in Vietnam
(approximately 20 hires per year)
- Coordinate closely with the Japan headquarters in Japanese regarding hiring plans, recruitment progress, and HR policies
- Support onboarding and employee relations for local hires
- Work with stakeholders to improve recruitment processes and employer branding
- Assist with HR operations such as performance management support, internal communication, and HR-related projects
- Contribute to building HR structures suitable for a growing and dynamic organization
- Other tasks assigned by the JP manager.

<Must>
- Bachelor's degree
- Japanese: N2 advanced level
- Having more than 10 years of experience as HR.
- Having experience in recruiting approximately 20 employees per year (mid-career and/or startup environment)
- Experience in HR or talent acquisition (in-house or agency)
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Experience working in a startup or fast-growing company
<Prefer>
- Experience working with Japanese companies or Japanese management
- English:Upper Intermediate level.
- Experience in scaling recruitment or building HR processes from scratch英語
