    - Responsible for Back office activities including Human resources management and promoting new innovations related in employees

    【Job description】(details)
    - Lead full-cycle hiring across HCMC, Hanoi, and Da Nang to attract and retain top talent.
    - Optimize recruitment channels, processes, costs, and employer branding effectiveness.
    - Manage onboarding and offboarding to ensure smooth, consistent employee transitions.
    - Design and maintain competitive salary structures aligned with company strategy.
    - Oversee payroll, insurance, benefits, and employment contracts.
    - Ensure full compliance with labor laws and effectively manage personnel-related costs.
    - Design, implement, and maintain fair and transparent performance evaluation systems.
    - Develop, update, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations.
    - Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary cases professionally.
    - Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external training programs.
    - Support career development initiatives and foster a continuous learning culture.
    - Organize company events, team-building activities, and engagement programs across 3 offices.
    - Develop employer branding initiatives to attract young and high-potential talent.
    - Conduct employee engagement surveys and propose actionable improvement plans.
    - Lead, coach, and develop HR team members to enhance capability and performance.
    - Build a collaborative, efficient HR function aligned with business strategy.
    - Oversee HR-admin operations, facilities management, office supplies, and vendor coordination.
    - Promote a positive, transparent, and engaging company culture, creating a happy workplace.

    <MUST>
    - Graduated from University
    - Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal. (Upper Intermediate level)
    - Experience working in an IT company with over 70 employees with at least 2 years as HR leader role and achieved remarkable contributions to the company's development.
    - Have at least 1 year of experience working as an HR leader/ supervisor in a Japanese company
    - Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor law & HR compliance.
    - Employer branding experience
    - General accounting knowledge.

    <SKILLS>
    - Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to handle conflicts and support project development teams.
    - Strong leadership experience, flexibility and ability to work effectively with people at all levels.

    <PREFER>
    - Have experience in working at an IT Japanese company
