    You will be working as a human resources and general affairs staff member at a Japanese factory that manufactures electrical furniture.

    <Detail>
    - Recruitment and recruitment (full-time and temporary).
    - Managing resumes for new employees and current employees.
    - Entering attendance data, entering data into payroll software, and calculating data.
    - Statutory insurance and 24-hour insurance.
    - Employment contracts and contract annexes.
    - Other HR-related tasks.
    - Document management for foreign employees.

求めている人材

  • 応募条件

    <Must>
    - college degree.
    - Japanese: N3 advanced or English: Intermediate levels
    - At least 1 year of experience in HR and GA(general affairs) in the manufacturing industry.
    - Have experience in Payroll, Social Security, PIT, and Employment Contract.
    - Basic PC skills.

    <Prefer>
    - Have experience working in Japanese companies
    - Can control emotions (people who value cooperation within a team)
    - Proactive in their studies
