  - Responsible for developing the market and driving sales growth of pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) products, decals, and industrial labels. Target customers include those in packaging, electronics, consumer goods, and OEM sectors. Build and manage a sales team, and establish business strategies for the company's core product lines.

  1. Business Development
  - Develop market expansion strategies for PSA decals and label materials in Vietnam and export markets (if any).
  - Identify, approach, and grow the customer base across industries such as label printing, packaging, food, cosmetics, consumer electronics, OEM, logistics, etc.
  - Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and continuous sales growth.
  2. Strategy & Market Analysis
  - Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor products, and provide regular reports to the Board of Directors.
  - Propose new product lines or improvements to existing products to meet market demands.
  3. Internal Coordination
  - Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Customer Service teams to ensure service quality and provide technical feedback to customers.
