    One of our Japanese clients, which provides Real estate services and manages land project development, is now looking for an Accounting Staff.
    Reporting to Accounting Manager.
    Basically for temporary employment for 2-3 years.

    AP: To complete payments and control expenses by receiving payments, plus processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
    AR: Responsible for maintaining a company’s financial accounts with incoming transactions

    【What you will be working】
    Account payable:
    -Check payment requests received from departments and process remittances for all suppliers/partners correctly and on time.
    -Well communicate with other departments to collect sufficient accounting information
    -Clarify any questionable invoice items, prices, or signatures
    -Assemble and review invoices to be completed for payment
    -Consult other departments on accounting, tax, and contract matters
    -Prepare AP monthly/quarterly reports
    -Check the input VAT invoices list
    -Support consultant and auditors for monthly/yearly review
    -File documents as accounting policy and internal requirement
    -Obtain proper information and/or data regarding invoice payments
    -Reconcile bank statements
    -Monitoring & checking bookkeeping related to AP
    -Performs other related duties as assigned

    Account Receivable:
    -Upload data into the Software system by the Excel template
    -Work with the sale team, and collection team for details of each unit
    -Checking payment notices, warning notices, late payment notices, and handover notices
    -Check for the received money and outstanding amount
    -Support to make the bank reconciliation weekly and monthly
    -Monitoring & checking bookkeeping related to AR

  • 応募条件

    【What they are looking for】
    -Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
    -At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, including account reconciliation.
    -Famous (Big) Japanese company or at least MNC company firm experience is a must.
    -English: Upper-Intermediate
    -Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and relevant accounting systems
    -Working experience in a real estate development company is preferred
