    - Create a Monthly, Annual financial report.
    - Response to Government staff.
    - Salary Calculation.
    - Create a Labor contract.
    - Manage labor matter.
    - Taxation.
    - Manage social, Medical insurance for employees.
    - The other tasks assigned by the Japanese Manager.
    (We are using an accounting firm, but the most tasks will be assigned.)
