    -Bridge roll between Japanese HQ and Vietnam factory
    -Manage the factory ensuring high quality business activities with maximum efficiency, production, service and profitability for the organisation.
    -Ensuring that the team understands that the factory’s profits and achievements
    -The efficient running of the team
    -Contribute to training and development of the team
    -Assist Line Manager in achieving maximum customer satisfaction in accordance with organization plans

    -More than 5years experience in Facotry manager or similar position in Metal processing industry
    -Japanese N2 or higher

    [Prefer]
    -Having experience in Mold industry
