*Tóm tắt công việc:Kỹ thuật viên phòng thí nghiệm cấp cao tại công ty chúng tôi có trách nhiệm hỗ trợ cấp trên và ban quản lý trong việc kiểm tra vật liệu mới, ghi lại dữ liệu và phân tích kết quả để cải thiện sản phẩm.=>Các nhiệm vụ chính của vị trí này bao gồm:- Thực hiện các thử nghiệm hàng ngày trong phòng thí nghiệm và tải kết quả lên Hệ thống kiểm tra phòng thí nghiệm (LTS) một cách nhanh chóng.- Nắm vững tất cả thiết bị trong phòng thí nghiệm và làm quen với các phương pháp cùng tiêu chuẩn thử nghiệm đặc trưng của chúng tôi.- Đánh giá kết quả thử nghiệm một cách chính xác và đưa ra giải pháp hoặc hiểu biết sâu sắc khi xảy ra sai lệch.- Phối hợp với các nhóm khác nhau (Đổi mới, Kỹ thuật Hóa học, v.v.) để nghiên cứu và thử nghiệm các loại vật liệu và công nghệ mới.=> vị trí này rất quan trọng để đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm, thúc đẩy sự đổi mới và hỗ trợ các nỗ lực nghiên cứu và phát triển của công ty.NHIỆM VỤ VÀ TRÁCH NHIỆM60% Đảm bảo hoạt động thử nghiệm hiệu quả và chất lượng cao- Luôn kiểm tra nhiệt độ và độ ẩm phòng thử nghiệm, cài đặt điều hòa, máy tạo/hút ẩm khi cần thiết để đảm bảo các hoạt động thử nghiệm diễn ra trong điều kiện phù hợp.- Kiểm tra các mẫu nhận được hàng ngày: các thông số kỹ thuật vật liệu về độ dày, độ cứng, kích thước, trọng lượng riêng (S.G.),... và trả lại (hoặc thông báo) các mẫu không đạt tiêu chuẩn.- Thực hiện các thử nghiệm hàng ngày theo yêu cầu và đảm bảo tuân thủ thời hạn.- Kiểm tra tình trạng máy móc trước khi thử nghiệm và báo cáo cho cấp trên nếu có vấn đề.- Hỗ trợ cấp trên trong việc thử nghiệm và nghiên cứu các vật liệu mới mang tính đổi mới, ghi lại và phân tích các thông số thử nghiệm chính để cập nhật hoặc tạo ra các quy trình thử nghiệm mới của chúng tôi.- Áp dụng các phương pháp tốt nhất trong việc sắp xếp hoạt động thử nghiệm hàng ngày để tiết kiệm thời gian hoặc cải thiện hiệu suất.40% Phối hợp và hỗ trợ nhóm nhằm thúc đẩy cải tiến và tính bền vững- Luôn học hỏi công nghệ thử nghiệm mới (thiết bị mới, phương pháp thử nghiệm, thực hành...) và tham gia đào tạo chéo trong phòng thí nghiệm. Có khả năng áp dụng kế hoạch luân phiên công việc giữa các nhóm nhỏ thử nghiệm theo định kỳ- Duy trì các thiết bị thử nghiệm ở trạng thái tốt, đảm bảo chúng hoạt động bình thường.- Lưu trữ/sắp xếp các mẫu đã thử nghiệm một cách gọn gàng, đúng quy cách.- Duy trì tiêu chuẩn 6S trong phòng thí nghiệm.
