[Job Summary]As a Sales Staff – Future Branch Leader Candidate, you will be part of the Vietnam Sales & Operations function.You will mainly be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, achieving sales revenue and margin targets, coordinating with internal functions (procurement, logistics, quality control, manufacturing), and gradually taking on leadership responsibilities. Over time, you will be groomed to assume responsibility for a branch or regional office, acting as its key decision–maker. In this role, you will function as a bridge between the headquarter / corporate group and the local market, ensuring the group’s strategic direction is executed in Vietnam, and that local market responsiveness is maintained.[Responsibilities]-Market expansion and customer acquisition in the steel / metal / processing materials business-Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing key customers-Monitoring and responding to competitive moves, price trends, and raw material / supply chain dynamics-Coordinating internal cross-functional teams to ensure order fulfillment, quality, delivery, profitability-Taking on leadership of small teams or business units, with the view toward managing a full branch (拠点)-Reporting and analysis of sales pipeline, forecasts, and market intelligence-Other related task[Attractive point]1.Executive-Level Leadership Responsibility- Take on a broad scope of authority covering administration, sales strategy, KPI setting, and team management operating with a perspective close to branch-level executive management.2.
