Legal affairs- Contracts review, advise and negotiation with related parties.- Accurately and appropriately prepare legal documents, official letters in both English and Vietnamese as assigned by Dept. Head from time to time.- Provide legal consultation for business activities and other relevant aspects.- Work with Government authorities for company procedures & compliance to laws.- Internal check and monitor the implementation of Corporate compliance policies & procedures.- Conduct Compliance training for internal needs.- Initiate & implement activities for promoting compliance culture.- Have experience in dealing with non-compliance/criminal issues.- Have deep knowledge and understanding of personal data protection regulations and related issues.- Have knowledge of the Labor Code and related regulations;- Provide advice on general corporate, regulatory, administrative and other legal matters as assigned.2. Compliance- Responsible for developing compliance programs, reviewing company policies, and advising on potential compliance risks.- Conduct compliance training as required by Management.- Conduct investigation of non-compliance and internal audit (e.g., in respect of labor and workplace safety laws, international human rights standards, and/or the vendor/supplier code of conduct).- Maintain documentation of compliance, timely and practical advice.- Provide update on new laws and regulations and evaluate the impact.- Draft compliance-related reports as required by HQ.3. Corporate Governance & Risk Management- Support in building a strong corporate governance system in place.- Assess Compliance & operational risks for counter measures.4. Other supporting tasks relating to legal and compliance or HR/Administrative as assigned by Dept.
