Các công việc thường xuyên hằng ngày (chiếm 60% - 80% tổng thời gian làm việc tại nhà máy)- Làm sản phẩm mẫu và đánh giá sản phẩm bằng máy & bằng xe thực tế (Xe đạp)- Quản lý và ban hành các tiêu chuẩn sản xuất.- Quản lý điểm thay đổi liên quan đến kĩ thuật.- Làm mẫu theo yêu cầu của khách hàng.- Cập nhật tiến độ làm mẫu định kỳ.- Thực hiện việc cải tiến về tiêu chuẩn để giảm phế, nâng cao năng suất.- Thí nghiệm các mẫu mã, tiêu chuẩn theo yêu cầu của khách hàng.- Kiểm tra khuôn khi có khuôn mới, trống mới và máy mới, thực hiện làm mẫu.- Kiểm tra 4M cho tất cả các công đoạn của lốp xe đạp (Vật liệu, máy móc, phương pháp, con người)- Kiểm soát việc tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật tại tất cả các công đoạn của lốp xe đạp- Kiểm tra khi có thay đổi 4M trong tất cả các công đoạn của lốp xe đạp2. Các công việc khác (chiếm 20% - 40% tổng thời gian làm việc)- Nghiên cứu và phát triển sản phẩm mới theo chính sách OEM của công ty hoặc theo nhu cầu thị trường.- Thiết kế lốp: Tạo hình khuôn lốp- Thiết kế kết cấu lốp.
