Cải tiến năng suất và kiểm soát chi phí- Theo dõi và đánh giá hiệu quả dây chuyền, năng suất lao động và chất lượng sản phẩm.- Đề xuất và triển khai các cải tiến về quy trình sản xuất, phương pháp làm việc và phân bổ nguồn lực.- Kiểm soát chi phí sản xuất trong phạm vi được giao và giảm thiểu lãng phí về vật tư, thời gian, nguồn lực.- Đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định về 5S, an toàn lao động và môi trường tại khu vực sản xuất.4.
