Development Management for the Vietnam Subsidiary - Understand the specifications created by Japanese stakeholders and effectively communicate them for smooth comprehension. - Create basic design documents (flowcharts, UML diagrams, sequence diagrams) based on the requirements defined in the planning phase. - Manage the progress of outsourced development projects. - Review integration test cases, conduct acceptance testing, and ensure quality verification. 2. Support for Vietnam Development Team- Understand the content of questions and consultations, and provide clear and comprehensible responses. - In cases where independent judgment is difficult, organize the information and consult with Japanese members to resolve issues. - Implement improvement activities to enhance productivity, quality, development efficiency, and technical capabilities of the Vietnam subsidiary. 3.
