As an Assistant Manager in the Investment Department, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying strategic business opportunities and driving key real estate investment projects to completion. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end investment processes, ranging from initial market screening and financial modeling to managing comprehensive due diligence and monitoring ongoing performance. To succeed in this role, the professional must possess excellent analytical skills, solid real estate industry experience, and fluent English communication abilities to collaborate seamlessly with international stakeholders and local partners.   【Responsibilities】
  -Identify, source, and evaluate real estate investment and development opportunities in Vietnam.
  -Conduct market research, competitor analysis, site visits, and preliminary project screening.
  -Prepare feasibility studies, financial models, investment memoranda, and business plans.
  -Coordinate legal, technical, financial, tax, environmental, and commercial due diligence.
  -Review project structures, land-related matters, planning conditions, permits, development rights, and key contracts.
  -Support negotiations with landowners, local developers, consultants, and key stakeholders.
  -Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, sales, leasing performance, cash flow, and investment returns.
  -Maintain strong relationships with local authorities, business partners, consultants, and relevant stakeholders.
  -Participate in English meetings, prepare reports and presentations, and explain project risks and financial assumptions.
