Job Description
- Manage, plan, design and execute policies/strategy/methods for the Design team to ensure that design team operations are completed on time, correctly and as per the set goals.
- Lead and provide technical guidance/ solutions for projects to ensure company's brand.
- Lead and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
- In charge of research & development new products; and reducing costs with related team.
- Design electrical cabinets such as: LV, MV
Qualifications
Requirement
- Bachelor degree in electricity, electrical system, automation or mechanical.
- At least 10 years of experience in designing electrical panel cabinets & Experience in manager position.
- Good at Korean or English communication (Upper-Intermediate Level)
- Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks & Creo
- Strong leadership and teamwork skill, creative & innovate.
- Logical, analytical and problem solving skill.
- Chance to be trained in Korea & Vietnam on skills & expertise.English Level
